Writing a check takes time.  Let Dimitri House make it easy for you.  Set up an automatic monthly withdrawal from your bank account  by downloading and completing the Automatic Giving Authorization Form.  Mail the Form to us along with a copy of a voided check and we will do the rest   Of course, you may modify or end your automatic giving at any time by simply notifying us using the same Form.
