Gene Renner, Secretary

 

Altruistic Entrepreneur

 

Gene Renner is a Penfield native and received his undergraduate degree from the University of

Rochester. He has been a Dimitri House Men’s Shelter volunteer since 2008 and recently

joined the Dimitri House board of directors where he currently serves as the board secretary.

 

After a thirty-year career at Eastman Kodak Company where he held positions of increasing

responsibility in science and product risk assessment, he started a freelance photography

business. Gene is eager to leverage his 30years of professional experience to help Dimitri House

accomplish its mission to serve our neighbors in need with love and acceptance, joining

them on their journey to self sufficiency.

 

In his spare time, Gene enjoys photography, cycling, cross country skiing, and flying stunt kites.
